Andrea Corr

Andrea Jane Corr MBE is an Irish singer songwriter musician and actress. Corr together the likes of Caroline Sharon and Jim, made their debut as The Corrs' lead singer in the year 1990. Andrea Corr was born in Ireland and is a singer-songwriter, musician, and actor. Andrea Corr was awarded the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire was conferred upon her and she is also known as the member of the Celtic Folk and Pop-Rock group The Corrs. A multi-instrumentalist and lead singer of the Corrs, she is also the group's leader. Andrea began her acting career in 1991. Then, she was an experienced singer and stage performer. She was a playback singer in 1998's Warner Bros. animation film The Quest for Camelot. Andrea is truly a multi-faceted musician. She has six studio albums two compilation albums and two live albums and one remix. Furthermore, she has also received awards for her work in the field of humanitarian aid. Andrea is a mother of two with her stockbroker partner. Andrea started her music lessons by playing the Tin-whistle. Gerry helped Andrea learn to play the piano. Andrea is also proficient on the Ukulele. She spent her teen years perfecting her musical abilities. She worked alongside her brothers and sisters in order to sing for the group. Andrea frequently performed in school's productions. She was a student at the Dun Lughaidh Convent.
